At least one person was injured in an incident involving a shooting and a stolen vehicle that crashed into a Miami Beach building on Tuesday morning.
Live pictures from a news helicopter showed Miami Beach police officers armed with rifles pointed at a white SUV, which had crashed into an Office Depot store.
A short time later, armed officers made their way to the SUV, which had one person inside.
The officers could then be seen carrying an injured person out onto the sidewalk. The person was loaded into an ambulance.
Bloody clothing remained on the sidewalk outside the store.
Police asked people to avoid the area while they responded.
The incident happened near Alton Road and 18th Street.
No other details have been released.
