The brother of accused Stoneman Douglas High School gunman Nikolas Cruz has been arrested again, according to WTVJ.
WTVJ reports Zachary Cruz was arrested Tuesday on an out-of-county warrant in Palm Beach County for violation of probation.
Zachary Cruz violated his probation by driving without a valid license on April 28 and for going within 25 feet of a parking lot of a high school.
Zachary Cruz pleaded no contest to trespassing on the campus of Stoneman Douglas High School in late March.
He was sentenced to time served and six months of probation.
According to WTVJ, Zachary Cruz was ordered by a judge to enroll in therapy and wear an ankle bracelet.
He also cannot possess firearms or ammunition.
Nikolas Cruz is accused of gunning down 17 students and staff members at the high school on Valentine’s Day.
