TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – The Florida State Fair unveiled a new, improved Super Slide on Friday in addition to a special on four-packs of admission and ride armband tickets through Sunday at midnight.
The slide is one of the more than 115 rides in the 2017 Florida State Fair’s Midway, the largest in the nation.
The fair is offering a stocking stuffer deal on admission and ride tickets for $75 (a savings of $117 off the gate price) on their website through Sunday.Related: 2017 Florida State Fair tickets on sale now and vendor applications released
The Super Slide was originally commissioned for the 2014 NFL Experience in Times Square. The slide is 60 feet tall and 180 feet long and will debut at the fair.
Rides can be purchased for $5 at the fair, or guests can ride unlimited with the purchase of a ride armband, which are currently available online for a special price of $20 through Jan. 1.
The 113th Florida State Fair is scheduled for Feb. 9 through 20 at the Florida State Fairgrounds.
