NAPLES, Fla. (WBBH) – A Florida man is accused of video voyeurism after a woman says she caught him with his cell phone taking video of her in the shower.
The incident happened inside the gated community of Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs.
Philipas Batsios was arrested for voyeurism and burglary, but it took time to find out who he was.

The victim told investigators she was in her bathroom showering when she noticed a cell phone in the top corner of her window and saw the shadow of an arm across the bottom window.
