STOCKTON, CA (WCMH) – A woman was caught on video pulling a dog by a leash through an open car window, now some are calling for animal cruelty charges.

The video was recorded by Amanda Brajkovich, who happened to be in the area as a woman was driving with a dog tethered outside her car, KOVR reported.

After the video was posted to Facebook, it got the attention of the Stockton, California animal services department.
