BRADENTON, Fla. – The Bradenton Police Department is sad to announce retired K9 “Duke” made his last call for service Monday.
K9 Duke served with the Bradenton Police Department for five years. Duke was born in February 2005 in Budapest, Hungary and came to the USA in March 2006. MPO Kenneth Magown II was Duke’s handler from April 2006 to until April 2011 when he was retired due to an on-duty hip injury.
