PASCO COUNTY, FL (WFLA) — Video from a deputy’s body camera posted to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page shows a unique perspective on how a K9 officer works.
On Wednesday, the Sheriff’s Office posted the video of Deputy Hall and his K9 Chris tracking a hit-and-run suspect. The duo searches for a man seen running from a hit-and-run crash on I-75 and State Road 54. After several minutes of tracking the suspect, K9 Chris led his partner straight to the suspect, who was hiding in a wooded area.
The suspect appears to be taken into custody without incident.
