Teams will storm the field at Raymond James Stadium this weekend for the first annual Sunshine Bowl.

The home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be host to a one-day flag football tournament to help raise money for Special Olympics Florida.

Along with Unified teams, divisions will also include law enforcement, military, corporate, co-ed, women’s, youth, recreational and competitive teams.

Each of the 6-on-6 teams will be guaranteed to play at least two games. 

Teams can have up to 12 participants.

The tournament is on Sunday, April 14. It costs $1,200 to register a team for the Sunshine Bowl.

All proceeds will benefit the athletes of Special Olympics Florida.
