A woman in Michigan found a black widow spider this week. The spider was in a bag of grapes, CNN reported. This is the second black widow found this week.
Camilla Amir and her brother were eating grapes when they noticed the spider. They took the spider that appeared to be a black widow, to the store where they bought the grapes. The store manager was very helpful. The store promised to follow up with the situation and contact the supplier. The grapes came from Mexico.
Earlier this week, a woman in Vermont was bitten by a black widow.
According to CNN, black widow bites can cause muscle pain but the victims usually recover within a few days.
