TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Florida voters headed to the polls Tuesday to make their voices heard in several important primary races. Most races in the Aug. 23 primary election will determine who ends up on the ballot in November’s midterm election.
Results of Tuesday’s primary races started to come in shortly after polls closed. Many important races, including Florida’s Democratic gubernatorial primary, U.S. House primaries and state legislature primaries, have been called.
