PHOTOS: Tour mansion from ‘Dallas’ TV show

(WFLA) – Were you a fan of “Dallas?” Well, you can now move into the elegant residence the Ewing family called home on the series.

The home is priced at $12.95 million, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.

“Largely responsible for changing many Americans’ image of Texas from cowboys and bull riding to mansions, beautiful women and expensive jewelry, ‘Dallas’ became the epitome of Texas wealth and oil money,” Top Ten says.

The exterior of the Southfork Ranch was actually in Parker, Texas, north of Dallas. However, the home pictured here, in North Dallas, is where many interior scenes were shot. “It was the one chosen out of the many luxurious mansions gracing the city to showcase a home that would be equal to an oil baron of Ewing’s stature,” Top Ten says.

The home is 10,341 square feet. It’s architecture is Georgian, and the mansion sits on a 4.3-acre estate. The home was built in 1939.

Inside, there are five bedrooms and seven baths. Read more here and SEE PHOTOS FROM INSIDE THE MANSION.
