(WFLA) – You’ll want to take a look inside this beautiful mansion. It sits in the hills looking down at San Francisco Bay, located in Piedmont, Calif.
The home was built in the early 1900s for the Ghirardelli Chocolate Company family, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com. The Milwain brothers, architects, planned the home in the Mission Revival Style.
In 1911 the owners, Ghirardelli heirs Thomas and Ellen Cushing, restyled the mansion. They adopted the Colonial Revival style, according to Top Ten.
Today the mansion is for sale with an asking price of $4.98 million. It’s 6,479 square feet. The mansion has seven bedrooms and six baths. There’s also a third-floor apartment and guest house.
