On the eve of the release of an upcoming biopic about the legendary Bob Marley, his nephew, Charles Mattocks, joins us to share his fondest memories of his late uncle. Mattocks not only inherited Marley’s musical talent– judging from his early music career and from the few lines he sang at the beginning of our interview– but he also shares Marley’s life philosophy of helping people. As a documentary filmmaker, Mattocks brings attention to health issues like diabetes, menopause and afflictions that have not received widespread attention.
