Linguini and Crab Salad

Linguine & Crab Salad

Ingredients:

1 – 8 oz pkg Crab Classic or any other crab substitute product

1 – 7 oz pkg linguine

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/8 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup chopped green onions

2 tsp sugar

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp tabasco pepper

1 – 10 oz pkg frozen green peas, thawed

2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped

Directions:

1. Cook linguine according to package directions

2. In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, onions and seasoning

3. Add the cooked linguine and the remaining ingredients and toss to coat
