Robynne Swanson is the owner of Red Hot Tiki, a spicy gourmet market that carries more than 800 varieties of sauces and seasonings, most produced locally. She offered up several samples for Cyndi to try out. Robynne will be one of hundreds of vendors participating in the 2016 Florida Festival of Flavor & Fire. The “celebration of hot sauce & spicy food” happens June 11-12 at The Lakeland Center, 701 Lime Street, Lakeland, FL.
The expo is open to the public. Expo times are 10am-6pm Saturday, and 11am-5pm Sunday.
