The Mill Master Recipe:    Yam Cakes

Roasted Sweet Potatoes

·         Flour

·         Eggs

·         Milk

·         Cinnamon

·         Nutmeg

·         Baking Soda

·         Vanilla

    

 

 

·         3 each

·         2 Qts

·         8 each

·         2 C

·         1tsp

·         1tsp

·         1tbs

·         1tsp

 

PROCEDURE
 

·         Peel and dice sweet potato (med dice) toss in oil salt brown sugar cook until tender

·         Puree swwet potato with milk until smooth

·         In a medium mixing bowl mix dry ingredients first then fold in the remaining wet ingredients and lastly fold in sweet potato puree.
