With Back to School around the corner and National Sandwich Month upon us think about how you can make sandwich night a regular part of your family meals.
You build your own pizzas – why not build your own big sandwich. 10 minutes, $10.00 and fun time with kids make it a great family meal occasion for back to school.
We did this one with a Mediterranean theme but you can make it an event with your kids. Have them build their own portion of the sandwich and pick out the ingredients that they want to build it with.
12 inch focaccia or other big round bread loaf
Kale Pesto
Oven Roasted Tomatoes
Kalamata Olives
Herb Grilled Chicken
