A tribute to the legendary Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin will take place in downtown St. Petersburg at the Palladium’s Hough Hall on Saturday, July 30th at 8 pm. Billed as a  “Portrait of a Queen,” the show stars Florida native CeCe Teneal. After singing in various venues throughout Florida, Cece’s career was catapulted to new heights when she was selected as the lead singer for B.B. King’s Blues Club in Orlando. There, she released her debut blues album, Train from Osteen, in front of a sold-out crowd. Cece has traveled the world, and has opened for Buddy Guy, Joe Cocker, Johnny Lang, Trombone Shorty, Fantasia, and B.B. King. For more information on, or to buy tickets to, Cece Teneal’s “Portrait of a Queen” visit mypalladium.org or call 727-822-3590.
