FDOH issues emergency rule permitting EMTs to administer COVID-19 vaccine

TAMPA (WFLA) – The Florida Department of Health has announced the passing of an emergency rule allowing emergency medical technicians to admister the COVID-19 vaccine.
The state says this will expand Florida’s ability to administer the vaccine as quickly as possible.
On Tuesday, the state of Florida surpassed 29,000 resident coronavirus deaths since the start of the pandemic their have been 1,837,285 cases.
