TAMPA (BLOOM) – The Happy Healthy Human Coach, Michele Cuffe, joined Gayle Guyardo, the host of the global health and wellness show, Bloom, to share the benefits of food journaling, while whipping up a delicious, low-card, protein pasta. Cuffe shared how food journaling has personally helped her through her struggles with vertigo.
Low Carb Protein Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 8oz Feta Cheese
- 2 handfuls of Cherry Tomatoes
- Spinach
- 1lb of cubed Salmon (or any protein)
- Lay out in a 9 x 13 baking dish
- Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt and Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Cayenne Pepper
- Oregano
Directions:
- Combine ingredients and bake at 370 for 30 min
- In the meantime, cook Pasta (I used Chickpea Pasta)
