TAMPA (BLOOM) – The Happy Healthy Human Coach, Michele Cuffe, joined Gayle Guyardo, the host of the global health and wellness show, Bloom, to share the benefits of food journaling, while whipping up a delicious, low-card, protein pasta. Cuffe shared how food journaling has personally helped her through her struggles with vertigo.

Low Carb Protein Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 8oz Feta Cheese
  • 2 handfuls of Cherry Tomatoes
  • Spinach
  • 1lb of cubed Salmon (or any protein)
  • Lay out in a 9 x 13 baking dish
  • Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Oregano

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients and bake at 370 for 30 min
  2. In the meantime, cook Pasta (I used Chickpea Pasta)
