Mole y Abuela joins the downtown Tampa foodie scene bringing an old-world Spanish flair with a Mediterranean Mexican twist.
Fabio Viviani and Nocturnal Hospitality Group created Mole y Abuela to mimic “grandma’s cooking”.
A dinner menu made for sharing includes Spot Prawn Crudo with Escabeche, Olives, and Spanish Olive Oil and Gambas Al Ajillo with Toasted Breadcrumbs, Crema, and Charred Lemon.
The new brunch selection has dishes like Chilaquiles, Churro Waffles and Horchata Bomboloni Bread Pudding.
The cocktail menu is shaking things up with a bright and bubbly fire, with the frozen margarita claiming the fan-favorite spot.
