New Port Richey police are investigating a stabbing that occurred Thursday night.
The incident occurred at 6039 Tennessee Avenue.
Police believe the victim and suspect knew each other.
The victim is an adult man and who was taken as a trauma alert to a local hospital.
There is currently no word on the severity of injuries.
