On Friday, Nov. 30, WFLA 8 On Your Side Anchor Keith Cate will help light the holiday tree at Curtis Hixon Park Waterfront Park in downtown Tampa.
Festivities begin at 6 p.m.
The evening will include a countdown to light the tree with Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn and Keith Cate and a free movie ‘The Santa Clause’ in the park.
You can also participate in a sing along with Late Night Brass as they perform your favorite holiday carols.
The Chick Fil-A Cows will be handing out free Chick Fil-A sandwiches while supplies last.
- Admission is free.
- Blankets, low back chairs, coolers and dogs on leashes are allowed.
- Concessions will be available.
- Glass and alcohol are prohibited.
