TAMPA, FL (WFLA) – A reward is offered for information in the cemetery theft when a family mausoleum was disturbed and caskets and remains were taken, according to Tampa Police.
It happened at the Italian Club Cemetery in Ybor. TPD detectives learned about the theft last week. Angelo Spicola told News Channel 8 the graves that were disturbed belong to his family.
“My grandfather, grandmother, great-grandfather and an aunt that we never knew because she died long before we were born,” said Spicola.
Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay offered a $3,000 reward for any information that would lead to the arrest in this case.
