MIAMI, FL (WFLA) – A 99-year-old woman woke up to find an exotic animal peacefully napping on her chest, NBC Miami reported.
The creature called kinkajou has run away from its owner and found comfort in the home of the woman. It snuck into the house and decided to snooze on her chest.RELATED: Budweiser welcomes adorable baby Clydesdale ‘Mac’
The woman woke up finding the animal in bed with her. She was terrified and screaming. The kinkajou ran away and hid in the attic, where it was later recovered. The woman called her son-in-law who helped get the animal to the veterinarian.
The exotic pet, whose name is Banana, was reunited with its owner soon after its adventure.
“She spends all day in bed with me – not with me, but, in the bed,” the owner Raymond Fernandez told NBC.
