ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando police say two people are dead and another ten people were wounded following a shooting at a nightclub in the tourist district in Orlando.

According to WESH, the NBC affiliate in Orlando, the shooting took place around 1 a.m. Sunday at Glitz Ultra Lounge on Universal Boulevard.

Police say three people opened fire inside the club, which had about 300 people inside at the time. One victim died at the scene of the attack, and a second died at Orlando Regional Medical Center.

Nine others were taken to ORMC for treatment; one victim is considered critical.

Police say there are security cameras inside the club and investigators are looking at the video to figure out what happened.

In Tampa early Saturday, eight people were shot at a strip club. A 21-year-old man died and seven others were injured when shots were fired at Club Rayne on Nebraska Avenue. No arrests have been made in that case.
