The Armed Forces History Museum will be holding the Military Surplus Flea Market on Friday, February 26th  and Saturday, February 27th.  The hours for both days will be from 8am to 3pm.  The event will take place at the warehouse directly next door to the museum.  This is a rain or shine event.

The Military Surplus Flea Market will feature items from WWI through to current conflicts.  Items include helmets, goggles, boots, canteens, badges, patches, inert ordnance, tents, camo netting, cots, trunks, military movies, ammo boxes, bayonets, field radios, mine detectors, tools, uniforms, military pictures, posters, mess kits, military vehicles, trailers, generators and much more.  Cash and credit will be accepted.  All items will be sold as-is and there will be a no refund policy.

The Taste of Chicago food truck will be on hand selling breakfast and lunch items.

Admission to the flea market is free.  Those wishing to visit the museum on the days of the flea market can enjoy discounted admission at just $10.  The museum will adjust its hours to coincide with the hours of the flea market, but will remain open until its usual 4pm closing time.
