TAMPA (WFLA) – The Pasco Sheriff’s Office needs your help locating a thief who used a sledgehammer to steal Rolex’s Sunday at the Tampa Premium Outlet Mall.
It happened at the Helzberg Diamonds store just before 6:30 p.m. The man began violently bashing the watch case and placed the watches in a plastic grocery bag and ran off through the parking lot.
A surveillance camera was able to capture the man destroying the case he is described as a darker black male, approximately 6 feet tall, with an athletic build. The suspect was wearing a navy blue jacket with “True Religion” text on the back, with a tan baseball hat, and dark-colored sweatpants.
