TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WFLA) — The Florida Lottery announced on Friday that a Sarasota County man has claimed the $2 million top prize playing the 100X THE CASH Scratch-Off game.

Stephen Nagy, 64, purchased the ticket from a Publix located at 4173 South Tamiami Trail in Venice.

Nagy chose to receive his winnings in a one-time payment of $1,280,000.

The Publix that sold him the ticket also received a bonus commission of $4,000.

The 100X The CASH Scratch-Off game offers over $243.4 million in cash prizes and over 10 top prizes amounting to $2 million.

According to the lottery website, there are two top prizes still up for grabs.
