TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Authorities in Southwest Florida are searching for two women who they say stole thousands of dollars worth of baby formula from two Publix stores.

WBBH reported that security cameras captured the women stuffing baby formula, powder and three bottles of soda down their skirts. The women walked out of the store without paying and left in a silver-colored van.

Investigators said the woman stole about $2,500 worth of baby formula from two Publix stores on Summerlin Road in south Fort Myers.

SWFL Crime Stoppers said the same women were also accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of baby formula from the same stores about four months ago.

Detectives told WBBH that they have been unable to track the women down and arrest them.

SWFL Crime Stoppers announced a $3,000 reward is available for any anonymous tips that lead to their arrests.
