TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A new Aldi grocery store is coming to St. Petersburg next week.
The city’s third Aldi location, next to the Tyrone Square mall, is set to open on February 1 at 8:30 a.m.
The first 100 shoppers in line will receive a store gift card to celebrate the grand opening. Shoppers can also enter to win a $500 Aldi gift card on Feb. 1 through Feb. 4.
“We have served the St. Petersburg community for more than 16 years and are excited to continue offering residents an affordable way of shopping,” Matt Thon, Haines City vice president for Aldi, wrote in a statement.
