TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A cold front will pass through the Tampa Bay area tonight behind the line of scattered showers that pushed through today. Tonight will be cloudy, turning chilly- expect temperatures diving down into the 50s early Thanksgiving morning.

For Thanksgiving, temperatures will mostly be in the cool 60s under mostly cloudy skies. Despite the clouds, it will not rain on Thanksgiving. There will be a cool breeze and temperatures will turn chilly again for Black Friday shoppers.

Friday starts off chilly, the day will be mostly dry to begin, but showers return to our forecast during the latter part of the day and continue overnight into early Saturday morning.

Rain chances quickly return to the forecast Friday and Saturday with a light to moderate rain coming in from the Gulf of Mexico. Temperatures stay on the cooler side with the clouds and rain around.

The sunshine returns Sunday briefly before rain chances increase again for the middle of next week.
