The widow of a U.S. Marine plans to deliver her message to VA facilities in 10 different states.
That message is about one of the largest mass contaminations in American history.
Up to 900-thousand Marines, their family members and employees of Camp Lejeune in North Carolina were exposed to contaminated drinking water for decades.
Tara Craver lost her husband Karle to a cancer linked to chemically tainted water at Camp Lejeune.
Her fight to obtain benefits last years.
Today she begins a 5,600 mile journey to VA facilities in 10 states. Her mission, make those who may be victims, aware.
And to get out the information she believes the VA is stifling.
