SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – A woman was hospitalized Friday after she was bitten by an alligator in Seminole County, officials said.
According to Seminole County Fire Rescue, the incident was reported about 2:30 p.m. in Geneva, across from Snow Hill Bridge and Snow Hill Road.
The woman was bitten in the arm and is in stable condition, fire officials said.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission is at the scene.
