VENICE, FL (WFLA) — There will be a water outage in the City of Venice from 7 p.m. Tuesday night to 6 a.m. Wednesday morning. The outage is due to a contractor replacing a potable water valve.
The affected areas will be:
• 300 block of W. Miami Ave.
• 500 block of Granada Ave. (ending in even numbers)
• City Hall at 401 W. Venice Ave.
• Harbor Dr. S. from W. Venice Ave. to W. Miami Ave.
• 349-355 W. Venice Ave.
• 521 W. Venice Ave.
• 101 Park Blvd S.
The affected areas will be required to boil water, or use bottled water, for drinking and cooking purposes until the boil water advisory has been rescinded after a minimum of 72 hours.
