A sweet boy dog has been rescued by the Suncoast Animal League after suffering from “a severe state of emaciation.”
Chance only weighs 38 pounds and is about 2-years-old.
The Suncoast Animal League says Pasco County Animal Services reached out to them Tuesday to take Chance in after their owners surrendered him to their organization “due to extreme life circumstances.”
Chance is currently being cared for by the Suncoast Animal League. The SCAL will provide more information on Chance on its Facebook page.
