The death of a man found in a Seminole canal on Saturday does not appear suspicious.
At about 2:40 p.m., the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office got a call about a body in a canal near townhomes in the 9200 block fo Seminole Boulevard.
Benjamin Bankhead, 47, was found in very shallow water, deputies said.
Autopsy results are pending to determine the cause of death.
