BREWTON, Ala. (WKRG) — The United States Geological Servey confirms a 2.5 magnitude earthquake happened on Sunday, March 24 around 6:40 a.m.
The earthquake was registered just east of Brewton, Alabama in Damascus.
Within this month there have been a total of five earthquakes, in the area.
