TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A person has died after crashing their motorcycle in Largo on Monday night.
Police said the motorcyclist was heading north on Ridge Road at “an elevated speed,” before they hit a median near 9th Avenue S.W.
They died at the scene.
The incident closed part of Ridge Road for a few hours Monday night, but the roadway has since reopened.
