Carrying her late husband’s flag box, Sheila Kilpatrick, joined a group protesting the V.A.’s decision to promote Bay Pines director Suzanne Klinker to the position of a regional Deputy Director. 
On Ms. Klinker’s watch, doctors at Bay Pines treated Lonnie Kilpatrick for years for spinal stenosis and disc issues.  Doctors at a civilian hospital discovered the Navy veteran had stage 4 kidney cancer.
“She doesn’t deserve a promotion, she deserves to be fired,” stated Ms. Kilpatrick.
“You screw up, you move up, in the V.A.,” said Marine veteran Brian Moyer.  
Mr. Moyer served on Guam during the same time frame that Lonnie Kilpatrick did.  
Mr. Kilpatrick was exposed to the toxic weed killer known as Agent Orange
“They(the V.A.) killed Lonnie Kilpatrick,” explained Mr. Moyer.  He’s worries that the V.A. will provide about 50,000 other Guam veterans, who may have been exposed to Agent Orange or other deadly pesticides, the same level of care it provided Lonnie Kilpatrick.
Tonight at 6, plans to take their fight to Washington.
