The Center for Science in the Public Interest has released its 2015 Xtreme Eating Awards.

The award points out restaurant chains with extreme calorie counts to inform consumers to make health-conscious decisions.

Some meals reach up to 3,600 calories, almost two days worth of calories.

Some of the food and restaurants include IHOP’s Chorizo Fiesta Omelette, Sonic’s Pineapple Upside Down Master Blast, and Dickey’s Barbeque Pit 3 Meat Plate. To see the full 2015 Xtreme Eating Awards click here.

The FDA will require all chain-restaurants to list calorie counts on their menus starting in December of this year.
